Sorry it took so long to reply, was at the gym lol.
For starters i suggest you split your body up in days. I dont know how serious you are with this and if you're gonna measure how many calories you eat to hit the exact amount.
We're gonna split your body up in 3 days for starters. That would make 2 bodyparts a day. Do 4 (or 5 if you can) different exercises for both parts of your body.
Do 1 set of warmup with either bodyweight or lightweight. Then do 4 sets of how heavy you can lift and you'd have to do like 6-8 reps each time.
I'd suggest you search youtube for good exercises you can use. Use the ones you like and the ones that does it for you. Another reason to search help from the pros and, or the ripped is that you know they are doing them correctly. You dont want to go do an exercise wrong and get a injury or only get 70% out of it. DO IT RIGHT.
This is what i do:

Day 3: Back, Biceps and abs
Day 4: Rest. Sleep and rest is really important for your training.

Honestly speaking, my budget isn't enough for a gym membership right now, but I'll try to get one of those free pass.

Got access to a bench press and some weights recently, only doing 150lbs right now since it feels easier to do, should I push my limit or is it still early?

No reason getting treadmill.
