Hmm... I don't know about "ridiculously" but it can be a long run if you don't have any damage items or something... It's a rogue-like, so you have to play it a long time too in order to unlock a lot of things. I still haven't unlocked everything myself, but I'm pretty bad at it~

I'd honestly say you should snag it Binding of Isaac: Rebirth if you have any interest in the game. It's very good and fun, and it's all about references to the Bible and all that.

Krampus appears as a semi-rare Boss when you go into a Devil Room Which are optional rooms that have a chance of appearing after you beat a Floor's boss (excluding the first floor), and usually you spend health for powerful items. But Krampus doesn't do that. and which was what reminded me of the game. Drops one of two items if you beat him, one being coal...

.. Er, but anyways. It's a solid game, would recommend, 9/10.
