my first attempt still MS Paint. I'm still going through the basic tutorials
have mercy, human.
About the pic, i can see that something about the proportions is off, but i just can't put my finger on it.
Could you give me some insight?

And about the drawing. I feel like the ear sizes are reversed, her smiles ARE large but you went too large i think (it's debatable) and her teeth must be larger and rounder. Her eyes seem fine. Uhh, not sure what else could be off. Line work could use some work, but understandably you're fairly new to digital, which can be dificult. If you're using mouse don't forget to use Line and curve tool, very nice to get lines done.
