It's high intensity.

DO NOT LISTEN TO SIX PACK SHORT CUTS bro.

yes i recommend protein, only if you drink alot of water per day, and a good diet.

i've been on it for 6 weeks now and this is my progress bro - so much more muscle mass

Watch your form
>dont go high weights
>make sure your movements sre perfect before increasing weight

Breathing
>breathe in when the bar comes down
>breath out when you push the bar up

Don't do anything without researching it first
>asking around
>internet
>books

basically make sure you rest and don't oevr do it.

The protein i use at the moment is PHD Pharma whey, but i'm gonna change it soon for something more powerfull.

I'd recomend Gaspari Myofusion if you'vr got a bit of money to play around with

If your a bit mor tight for money try searching online for myprotein.co.uk

they have good value man.
