The old reminiscing, and the new listening.
The old holding onto the past, the new forging the future.
The old trying to bring back what they held dear, the new supposedly ruining that chance.
The old leaving, the new bringing.
The old and new have come to clash.
But that's how it's always been, yet we can not accept that.
We miss the old times, and so do I. Even if I wasn't always there.
But it's time to let go, of these faint memories.
For they are no longer relevant.. in today's society.

I do "art" to feel something back, not to give all of those feelings to someone else, if you catch my drift.

It's never mattered to me about that.
Yeah, the thread has changed. Yes, I preferred it back then to how it is now. Yes, I wish I was still back in thread 8-9. Yes, I still miss my friends back then. I haven't forgotten them. It's hard to forget.
But, I know those times aren't coming back. I know that it's time to move on. So I have, though, it hasn't been always easy. The past, and present are both of value to me. I know it's up to me to balance the two.
