That's mainly due to new gear coming out. Back when bandos pieces were 20-25 mil each there wasn't a better alternative so they were the most expensive armour in the game, after torva came out they dropped a bit but stood pretty high (still around the 20mil value). After this new armour thing game out they dropped to shit mainly because people would rather wear lvl 80 and 90 armour rather than lvl 65.

Not really, when they were the only top gear besides barrows for awhile they were 200m-250m(Back when GE didn't evnen exist) majority of the items price crash still came in with more entering the game then new gear coming out, and now BCP is only 2.7m its true new gear drops it by a few millions each time, but players constantly trying to obtain the gear for themselves or for cash gains(and right now its easier to farm GWD bosses than to actually beat newer bosses) is a bigger effect than new gear coming out.

Actually, it is very easy to obtain the proper license in canada. We use Possession and Acquisition Licences, or PALs, which are given to anyone who 1) is not a criminal 2) is over 18 3) has passed the PAL Safety Training course and associated test.
A standard PAL will allow you to own and transport a large majority of weapons, however, for most military-style firearms (there are several criteria, most important of which is the size of the firearm) you need a Restricted PAL, or RPAL. These can be obtained just as easily as a standard PAL, except you have to take another safety course and the corresponding test.
I don't know where you got your facts, but you're wrong. I live in Canada and I know a few people with RPALs. The hardest part is either paying $250 for the license, or waiting 3 weeks to get it in the mail.

Humans aren't animals that act purely on instinct. For some reason people try to argue shit like this all the time. Hunting is horrible, damn humans killing and eating game animals with strict rules and regulations prohibiting them from doing detrimental damage to the total population all the while preserving and improving the condition of their ecosystems. Not to mention providing most of the scientific data to further understand these species and their habitats. Yea, that's totally comparable to murdering each other.
I'd totally be down for an mosquito genocide though.

A good example of this is the wild boar in the southern states. Hog hunting is so much fun and it saves millions of dollars of crop damage from mind you animals that are not even supposed to be here to begin with due to lack of natural predators in the area.

I'm from North Carolina, we don't have it as bad as SC but boar have been an increasing problem for farmers. bear, geese, boar, deer, they're all pests to farmers. I had to go scare up geese daily for a farmer I got linked up with in exchange for being able to hunt some his land. When I contacted him he (jokingly) said my group and I were the answer to his prayers because he had already lost 50k in crops.

As a Northerner (Michigan to be exact,) we don't quite have as bad population issues with most animals, nothing as bad as wild boar anyway.
Been thinking about grabbing some of my friends together and vacationing down to the south so I can contribute to the population control.

Most likely boar, although I'm not quite sure in regards to most of the laws in southern states for hunting.
I imagine for pests most people would turn a blind eye, but y'know.
Since I and several other people own jeeps and we already do a lot of off roading, we had the idea that we'd just pop our doors and tops off and chase boar. I mean, at this point it really isn't even traditional hunting, it's just population control.

Well each state is slightly different in their laws but they all require you to either have passed hunter's safety, have a hunting license, and to have big game tags before you can just go hunt. Only a few states have laws where you can get what's called an apprentice hunting license, which allow you to hunt as long as you're within 10 ft of a person with a resident hunting license on private property. I hate to tell you, but hunting is extremely regulated on a federal level so unless you want to pay for an out of state hunting license ($800 +), your only option is to look into guided hunts. Not saying it's a bad thing, but it's likely your only legal option.
Since you want to hunt bear your options are definitely broader considering they'er virtually all over North America.
