To add to everything....she told me later (and these are her EXACT words): I thought you knew... (I ask how could I have known, and she continues with): I thought your sister had sent you a message over Facebook about it.

I ended up not talking to her for bout 8 months until I got a letter from her. I still cannot ever forgive her for that...And the worst part is, we were in the area, and she knew it, and she STILL didn't call me to go to the vet...
