For starters, I think kapitanokliosov posted that to be humorous, I certainly laughed at that gif.

Other than that, any porn outside of nsfw be it in he comments or in the post itself is not allowed and can get you banned. And you're right, this isn't the only sex related post on this page, but it's the fact that this is porn and shows a, well, a blowjob.
