Oh i'm sure you COULD, but it'd be a hell of a lot more expensive than asphalt matts or... well, almost any locally produced material, especially since cedar is rather higher maintinance than, say, asphalt matts, galvanised iron, ceramic roofing or practically any other roofing material used today.

Okay, l looked it up, and while it's not entirely fake, it's based on a missunderstanding. The swedish armed forces were celebrating "garnisionens dag", which happened to coincide with the national day of sweden, likewise a small museum in Gamlia was holding a small gathering to celebrate the national day of sweden(mostly old people and school children) with the angle of people who recently came to sweden. Both of these events happened to coincide with one another, and both had booked the same field for it.

The museum asked the millitary to use k-8 instead(about 3 km away, wonderfull field, got my drivers licence there) and that was that as far as anyone was concerned.

Then someone posted on twitter about how it was disrespectful to ask the millitary to move, and the ball started rolling.

I am however genuinly surprised that västerbottens museum actually celebrates the national day of sweden, i mean the only thing they have thats worth seeing is the worlds oldest skii.

I'm going to assume you mean "Razer", and yes, razer is indeed a good robot, sadly it is also a wedge, only with some gubbins added. Thats not to say it's not a good robot, mind, much better than regular wedges.

Also, i now realize that differentiating between flipper and wedge is kind of silly, most of them are both, but whatever.

HOWEVER: Razers first match in the semi finals was against a wedge, and razer lost.
In the series Battlebot, Razer fought Voltronic, a wedge, and was dissabled, but won on a crowds vote.
He also lost against Spawn Again, which was, in fact, a flipper.

And he never actually fought a real spinner, i guess this is because they got banned in the american version for being "dangerous", and they got banned in the UK because one of them sprayed bits of robot into the audience.

There was a walking robot in the first round it tore off half her bot without receiving any structural damage on itself and the judges still said she won.

There are usually a few interesting robots the first few rounds. Sadly, the matches get more and more boring, iv'e yet to bother with the new... "remake"? I might give it a shot later, but if the judges are as shit as you make them seem, i doubt i'll watch much.
