I suggest making comics. Comics and funnycomps are 80% of the front page these days.
When making comics:
-Make sure it has a punchline of some sort.
-Give it an unexpected twist if possible
-I get inspiration from real life. Exaggerate a bit for luls and you're golden
-add some good art and you're good to go.
