Well, to start off, I never really knew where this relationship was going. It all started when I was at my friend's gf's house (who is now a close friend), she was showing us some of the pictures of her cosplay buddies. As she was sliding through the photos I noticed one girl and said "oh, she looks cute". And then the whole "setting up" thing happened.
She gave her my number and we started texting. She seemed like a really nice and cute girl. The bad part being that she was in another state, it wasn't far but it was still a distance. I had never really wanted a long distance relationship, but was comfortable with this. After a few weeks of talking we decided to try getting into a relationship, we planned to meet at the local Mecha Con. When we met for the first time we had done the usual kissing (and second base).
After time passed on we had started to get into fights easily, she would go off at me for not responding to a text in under five minutes. I try my best to do what I can for her but it's never enough. I had also learned that she was a little... odd. She had told me she enjoys watching people get hurt and laughs at gore. Me and her became like night and day. She knew I was bisexual and was okay with it, she didn't see that as an issue. But one day she found out that I had kissed a guy on the cheek, and that had pissed her off. It was just a friendly kiss to one of my gay friends. She had told me "I'm starting to think the only reason you date me is so that you have something to prove you aren't gay." That hit me really hard.

One night, after she had found out that I had cuddled with my friend's gf in the car on a cold night. She was cold and my friend was busy driving, so I had helped her by just snuggling. My friend had told my gf about it, she would not stop messaging me about it. She considered it cheating. I kept apologizing but it wouldn't do anything. We got into a fight and had broken up. A few minutes after, she had texted me saying "Whatever, you don't have to worry about me. I'll be long gone in a few minutes." I knew then that she was planning to kill herself. I tried my best to reason with her but she kept talking about grabbing one her dad's guns and offing herself. I did the only thing I could do after hours of trying to negotiate, I got back with her.

So now the only thing that's keeping me in this relationship is a loaded gun. I don't want anyone hurt emotionally or physically. I just want everyone to be happy.

Well, to be honest. I think she's a bit mental and she's trying to test you.
I'd leave her immediately. I don't think she will kill herself at all. She sounds like one of those girls who do weird shit just to get what she wants.
As for her reaction to the kissing the guy and cuddling the girl, she needs to get over a bit, if there's genuine reasons as to why you did that in the first place (not sexual at all), then she should accept that when you tell her.
I would seriously just get as far away as possible.
