i made a private subreddit with 150 people and now we're making a video game, so reddit's more suited for that than any other site imo

it's a fangame of five nights, so we can't legally sell it, but we're getting donations which is cool. yeah i'm hating bms atm but i'll probably get an apprenticeship at some point. looking for a weekend job currently in the meantime

well one of the devs is in the news right now for getting his modelled car into production. he's 15 for ****** sake, and we're pretty sure he can get it some massive recognition. atm we have a pretty big fanbase with art made by people outside the dev team, so i wouldn't be surprised if we got noticed by some company or some **** when it's completed

it'd be cool to have it on the side, or to dev games on my own or with the team, but i wouldn't like to work for a company. my role is the director. i'm the head dev, i wrote the game, designed the props and characters, the game mechanics, etc. i've just got people putting it together

Well I'd say 20 people are working FOR me, and about 7 giving consistent effort. The rest is just morale support I suppose. Donations aren't amazing at the moment because we're refusing to show any of the big features, but we've made $40 so far

Well the donations so far have been to purchase the full version of the software we have been using. The demo version alters the files once they are reopened which is stupid. We have raised $70 so it's pretty much over. We'll have a patreon up soon with rewards though so that might speed it up
