Fun fact, your starter is irrelevant given you have to catch multiples of Pokemon for them to get stronger. Basically you are going to catch another stronger starter.

I know he is not bad, but I didn't know it was a choice of all three, I just thought I found a wild bulbasaur. I would much rather have Charmander first, Squirtle second, and Bulbasaur as my final choice.

We do have free will, we can make decisions for ourselves. God being all knowing knows what decisions we'll make before we are even presented with the option. God knowing the choices we'll make does not prevent us from being able to make choices. Some of us choose to serve and worship him, some don't. Despite knowing some of us wouldn't he created us anyway AND in his image.

God being all good loves us but hates our sin. So he punishes the sinful usually as an example to the rest of us so we understand how seriously God takes the act of sinning. This is known as The Rule of Firsts. God severely punishes the first person to commit a certain sin so the rest of us can have greater clarity on the matter. This rule also applied to Adam and Eve. They committed the very first sin; the punishment was great. Before the first sin there was NO death or suffering in the world those things only entered the after man sinned as God said it would. And so we have entropy. I don't think God created us to fall, I think he created us to prosper by serving him and living a good life through him.

God knew we would sin, yet he made us anyway. God knows we deserve to go to hell, yet he sent his son (God, himself, in the flesh) to die for our sins so that we may go to heaven. God is better to us then what we deserve because he is merciful, because he is good.

Just because I know something doesn't eliminate the ability for someone to make a choice.

If one has the knowledge of A that affects the outcome of A, then they will have the knowledge B that a person will do B instead because of that knowledge of A. The logic breaks down, showing that the knowledge of something does not eliminate the existence of free will in this context. This is analogous to a logic branch. God is all knowing, and even with there be infinite branches of decisions a person can make, he knows all of them and knows what outcome will turn about. This does not eliminate free will.

He did not create us with the intent to fail. He created free will, the existence of evil, or defiance against him. It is our decision that lead to the outcome of evil being in existence.

Would a parent kill a child if they had knowledge that their child could become a murderer one day?

God is all knowing, all powerful, and all good. What is free will without a decisions to make? What is faith without something to test it? Meaningless! God being all knowing knew before he made the tree, before he even made Adam that man would soon against him given the chance. He created us despite knowing this. Despite knowing that man would sin against him, betray him, kill him, hate him, and stop believing in him. He made us anyway and gave us free will anyway. HE IS GOOD. We're sinners and he loves us anyway.

So if he is all knowing and knew that Adam and Eve would defy him doesn't that mean we don't have free will, because if he can see what will happen that means we can't change what will happen (EX: destiny). If we can't change what will happen then we are not "free". If we are truly free, then how can he be all knowing because we could change what we would do in an instant, and therefore he wouldn't know what was happening.

If he is all good, and all knowing, why did he create us with the intent for us to fail his test, and for us to eternally be in his debt? Also if he is the sole creator, why did he create evil, disease, war, etc.? If you say its to punish us for sin that is a horrible answer sin he made us knowing we would sin, and therefore created a world he know would screw up just so he could punish us for screwing up.
