Well, in the linux bash shell you replace that argument with "now". In windows, I think you can just leave it off and it defaults to now.

Don't know, I haven't used windows in a while. In a shortcut it might matter, though, it's not exactly the same thing as the cmd shell. I thought that the -t argument was unnecessary, though. -f might be good, forces shutdown.

It's like that saying that there's are least 5 people somewhere in the world that look exactly like you.

Basically the story is this guy decided to "expose" the corruption of the LAPD after he got fired for reporting one corrupted cop. A few years after, but still.

He released a manifesto claiming he would kill the "corrupt". He killed his lawyer for "not doing her job right" and her innocent, unrelated fiance; 2 civilians (a cop's unrelated daughter and someone else), and 1 cop stopped at a stop light. Add onto that that he injured responding officers, his(corrupt) partner, and the 2nd cop that stopped at the light.

Meanwhile, two cops in the LAPD got skittish due to him killing any cops stopped at a stop light, and shot up a van that looked similar to his, killing two passengers. It ended when the LAPD set fire to the cabin (either to kill him or draw him out.)

TL;DR: Guy claimed to be the voice of justice. Was actually the voice of batshit insane PTSD serial killer cop. Killed more innocents than corrupt. I'm glad I'm not in LA right now.
