A little late, but I'm just gonna say you couldn't run on a phone, not with any decently sized fort.the game eats up ridiculous amounts of processor power because of how much stuff it keeps track of. A phone might handle a two by two embark size with 30 dwarves... And run it at 10 fps.

Hmmm.. Not that I know of. It's actually one of the most complex games out there despite hardly having graphics. It gets really cpu-heavy at times (so much that my old laptop would freeze up) so I don't think it would work.

you can obtain the latest version from www.bay12games.com/dwarves/
go to the wiki and read the quickstart guides, it's not that difficult to play

despite what other people say the game isnt that cruel or hard. it just has a huge learning curve. but once you know the very basics of it you can actually start to succeed pretty well.

i think after 2 years of playing with about 400 to 500 hours on the game, i have only had 2 forts that died out of natural causes (eldrich abomination and a colossus) 1 that died due to frame rate death (circus came to down, frame rate went to zero and i couldnt fix it) and about 4 or so that died due to biome hazards (a noxious gas that ocurred randomly at a sinister biome which turned the dwarves into unstoppable zombie monster husks that breathed more of the same noxious gas unto people)

most forts i just abandon before their time comes because of fps death or because there simply isnt any challenge presenting itself to me and i cant be arsed to continue build anything magnamoniously big.

You can get it at bay12 games' official website www.bay12games.com/dwarves/
I'd say it's best you figure it out on your own or look up some beginner's guides. It'll take a while to learn all of it and even I forget some of the hotkeys and controls at times. There are also 2 different modes to the game which are very different in the way they're played. In Dwarf Fortress you'll be able to start up your own fortress that will probably fall before you even notice. In adventure mode, you play as a single person. You can wander around and do quests, but there's really no goal and the amount of time you can get out of it depends on your fantasy. This comic is based off adventure mode if you were wondering.

Possibly sometime within the next year, if ever.
they just released chapter 56 a while ago, and the anime covers up to around 28-30, so if they're going to make it they definately have enough material

Medic is supporting heavy weapons class but heavy is killed by sniper.
Medic used his ability (invincibility for both) and is panicking and searching for someone to support.

Explain it to me like I'm five, but I'm offering you a slice of this epic pizza. And you are starving. But I need the most basic breakdown of what this gif is about and what the everloving fuck you just said was

The big man and make-strong man were standing in front of the door when it opened. Far away man pew-pewed the big man, and the make-strong man had no one around to make strong. He was sad because of this, and tried to find someone to make strong, but could not. Thanks for the pizza kid.
