well...it has been a 21 period between his first film vs his big buster of this summer. of course it was going to be underwhelming, but i prefer the first movie for it sense of subtlety and silence for long periods. also not all of australia is red rock and hills with nothing, it actually has a lot of forest , mountains , and grasslands. So much that mad max setting for fury road originally was in australia queensland but it turned into a verdant stretch of flower fields and cattleland from all the rain we've been having this year. so they moved it to east africa.

Second film is actually what miller based it off with the idea of the chase during the entire movie. thunderdome is....fun but cheesy.
So yes as far as the old films go, first one is my favorite but fury road is an entire different beast in its own fully realized

It's a problem we're facing in the U.S right now so I can sympathize the problem is that no other parties can get voted in due to the prevailing thought that the ones in power now are the only ones that have a shot of getting elected if you can change that then the government might change to reflect that

Do you think any of the stuff they'll do will stick or will people protest on the streets enough to change it?

It's hard to tell - of there's enough noise made about it then maybe there will be protests/riots, or their propositions will be stopped before they leave parliament.

Unfortunately this is just a constant cycle between two parties that don't seem to do much and although I hate to use the "all politicians are liars and thieves" speech, this pretty much sums up are government in one fell swoop.

As opposed to the stupid prats who wanted to hand out free money and massively increase public sector budgets without being able to show where any of this money was going to come from (i.e. increasing debt... again or increasing taxes and we all know Labour would never do that).

Labour voters had their heads in the clouds or were just that intent on stopping "the posh prats"

This is why I don't vote all the party are daft the conservative party are getting us out of the EU (bad idea might be a short term solution but long term it will be a disadvantage and Scraping the Human Rights Act) and the labor like you said where is the money going to come from? but I suppose if anyone was going to win it would be the cons some of there polices are good. also my comment on 32 I explained it wrong I was trying to explain why the others lost not like any of them are good.

What you all forget is we want to replace the European human rights act with a UK one, it's not getting rid of human rights, its adjusting them to allowing more freedom over things like deporting criminals
