 You can't in America. Businesses reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Which is why I don't understand the uproar about the whole bakery refusing to make a gay wedding cake. They could've chose not to make it simply because they didn't like the customer's hairstyle and would've been completely within their rights as business operators  yeah, but being thrown out on false charges isn't relevant to that. they weren't refusing service, they threw him out on an assumption from a person who didn't seem to understand what he was explaining to her. That was her problem. What's the difference between throwing someone out and refusing service? If you throw them out, you refuse to serve them. Regardless, it's still not a "sue-able" offence. Dude didn't suffer any damages or loss by not being able to go to best buy, regardless of how retarded it was of them to kick him out I'm sure it's sue-able under something, but best buy is so big a company name, that the chances of winning would be near impossible at any rate. | ||
