chaotic good is, as we all probably know, a term which was made popular by your classical RPGs, I'm talking tabletops, dice, etc.
At the time it was coined as a term in the morality scale, chaotic good meant someone who supported both the concepts of "do good to your fellow man, etc" and the idea that laws only got in the way of that. That doesn't necessarily mean they're anti-government, they just operate around it. Robin Hood, Old West gunslingers, etc.
They don't necessarily hold to specific ideals, that's just a common outcome of the mentality.
In summation often chaotic goods hold strong ideals, but holding strong ideals (even ones you think are good) does not make one chaotic good.

I know. but if you train by battling pokemon, you get additional stats. For every 4 EV you put into a pokemon, you gain 1 point for the specific stat at lvl 100. If you look on the wiki, it would tell you that the base stats for a pokemon at level 100 is a certain number. This is assuming you trained it from lvl 1 to 100 using rare candies or by using the daycare. Of course your stats would be higher if you trained by battling pokemon.
