Welcome to funnyjunk. I am a moderator here. This is a prepared message, but I or other moderators are willing to answer questions on ask a mod. As I am unaware if this is your first account or not, or what experience you have with funnyjunk's interface, let me give a quick tutorial of sorts.

BASIC RULES:
A quick rundown of the rules of FJ are as follows:
No **** in the SFW section. Genitals and female nipples will result in a ban.
Nothing excessively gory. This only covers 'real' gore. A movie clip of someone getting decapitated is fine, but do not post a real decapitation.
No spamming. This covers a couple things, including only advertising your website/youtube, and posting the same thing over and over to the point of angering users.
No harassment. It is fine to insult someone, but posting their address is not ok.

CONTENT:
To upload content, click the red upload button in the top left corner. Uploading multiple images is as easy as simply putting more in. The first image uploaded is the first in the compilation. I recommend posting to a channel as this allows more views, to do so, join a channel here: /channels
In addition, you can set the content to upload on a time delay. It explains it very well there so I'll skip explaining it.

BASIC COMMENTING:
Starting from the left, you have bold, Italics, underline, strike through, small , normal size (currently serves no purpose.) , large , a few color options, Preview, emoticons, a sort of youtube embedder, a number of rolls and finally click the eye SPOILERS! (you cannot place spoilers inside of spoilers btw)

Rolls are a number of functions on FJ that allow you to use a pseudo random number generator to get random numbers, or a random image from the website, to multiple game options. These must be placed as the first thing in your comment otherwise they will not work.

You may notice some users have colored text that you are unable to use from the drop down color menu. That is given as a reward for the following things: 350 thumbs on one comment, 750 thumbs on content, or 500 thumbs on original content. all three show up as items on your profile, click them, input the color selection, and your comments are all now this color. the first two last for 7 days, while the latter lasts for 90 days.
