There are plenty of healthy and tasty dishes that almost cook on their own. Im student and normally I have less than 20 min to cook and clean the dishes. I still eat healthy shit for lunch everyday.

You can cook fast and easy. A salat + chicken breasts takes less than 10 min to make. Frozen vegetables, steamed vegetables are super fast to cook add that to pre cooked beans or lentils and you have a healthy meal in less than 5 min.

Then you can do like I do, I never cook one meal when I cook. I cook 5 servings worth of food and then eat or recook what I organilly cooked into another meal for the sake of diversity and eat that during the week.

Its not about time, its about prioritys. If you want to do somenthing there are hardly any valid excuses. Its just about finding a way.

Yeah, I know. But I meant that there are many people who don't get to their homes for the whole day. They don't have time to go home during lunch breaks, so they buy fast food nearby. Which is basically the purpose of fast food.

If you have time to set in a drive thru, you have time to make a salad.

You also have time to browse funnyjunk etc. It's more about priorities, than time

Maybe because they have a partner/kids/hobby or are unfortunate enough to live in a country where they have to work 14 hours to make a living, in which case they are less likely to be obese anyway...

Partner is overweight.
Pregnancy made them fat.
Hobby is eating.
Works at a fast food place, where the closest, easiest, cheapest thing to eat is said food place.

It's not hard to be overweight. I'm not particularly standing up for it, but it's certainly not black and white.

If you are into cyberpunk themed CSI. I suggest you should watch the original 1995 film first. This recent one "Arise" is sort of a reboot/readaption to the franchise. Lots of politics related stuff but interesting stuff never the less. Lots of hacking too.
