I understand exactly what you mean. I just like to think of it this way. If you both have jobs and are working then its in both your favors. If you cheat on her then it protects her fortunes and same if she cheats on you then it protects you. And if you really do love each other and don't get a divorce then there is no need to have to use it. I just think a lot of people think in the now instead of what could happen in the future.
