I don't play it either but I play DOTA 2 so I think I understand most of the references.

1st story:
He's playing as a carry, which is a character that gets stronger the longer the game goes, and a support is somebody who supports their team with their abilities. A "red" is an item that will let you slow down your opponents and chase them down easier. He needs it because all he can do is hit hard, but they can just run away. The suport stole the red, which made it harder for him to do well, so he ragequitted.

2nd:
He's playing as a character that needs mana to do well, and a blue is another item that regenerates mana. 12/3 is his kill/death ratio, so he's doing well. Then this other guy comes in and steals the blue and taunts him, so he ragequits.

3rd:
They're winning. Riven, a character on their team, with a kill/death/assist ratio of 2/9/8, says to everybody in the game that the guy the commenter is playing is a noob and is stealing his kills. So he leaves for ten minutes and then Riven begs for him to come back.
