I agree with you, but not entirely.

I personally have many grievances with the way Microsoft has constructed the XBoner and how they have handled and treated their customers with it as well as how they attempt to shift the flack aimed at them onto the developers.

The XBoner is full of incredibly underhanded tactics that just make me sick. The mass of exclusive titles for the XBoner is only there because Microsoft is a titan who can afford to shell out massive chunks of money to buy the games' exclusivity. It is a muscle tactic whereby they attempt to shove their way into the market by securing reasons to buy the console. There is nothing about the console itself that makes up for how bad it is.

The only reason worth a damn for buying it is the exclusives which they secured because they knew the console was too weak to stand on its own.

Yes, the games must always come first, but Microsoft is attempting to leech massive amounts of money from their consumers and take away things that we have thusfar held for granted and I just can't stand that kind of attitude.

Uh, no you just login whenever you want. When you shut off your xbox for a month as long as you hook up to the internet when you turn it back on. Seriously, the internet is making it out worse that it actually is. I mean, the XB1 still has shitty DRM, but not as bad as everyone says.

You don't have to sign in once a day to make sure it works. You can leave the console off or unhooked from the internet however long you want, just as long as you sign in when you turn it back on.

You made it sound like you need to hire someone when you're on vacation to turn on your xbox once a day until you're home.

It's 2013, pretty much everyone has a stable internet.

Then buy a PS4. Obviously you know how to make a smart purchase based on your needs.
