I mean I myself believe in a god, maybe omnipresent, probably omnipowerful, but totally omniscient makes God a paradox.

And I'm a nonbeliever, so I guess I'm going to hell. God should understand why I don't believe what I don't believe. He should know me and my motives. It's incredibly unjust of him to forgive such crimes, anyways. Eternal torture as punishment? I don't think so, but some sort of punishment. He's saying "Look, I know you just kill that guy, but if you ask me for forgiveness, even though you should ask the family and friends of your victim for forgiveness, I'll forget all about that murder thing."

There is no freewill. If God knows our every action before we do it and all of our life before we live it then there is no freewill end of story. An omniscience god is an angry child. An imperfect God is the only possibility unless God is the evil he hates.

His knowledge of the choices you will make does not change the fact that they are choices. It goes all the way back to Adam and Eve. Rather than create human beings in a utopia where they will always worship him, he created the tree of the knowledge of good and evil but said don't eat the fruit. In doing so he gave mankind the freedom to do whatever they wish. He could have stopped them from eating the fruit, and even knew that they would eat it, but allowed them to make the choice to eat it without intervening.

If god is truly omniscient, then he understands why people commit wrong doings or just think the way they think. He's responsible for that, isn't he? He knows and understands why people do things, yet he doesn't stop them? He doesn't even give anyone proof he exists, and then he punishes them for all eternity for a finite crime? Wars and genocides are horrible, but those who commit them can only be mentally ill or have a justified reason in their mind. God would understand why that person thinks that way. Why would he punish anyone for something he himself understands the reason for?

You are assuming that someone who commits a certain sin is sent to hell. The Bible teaches that we have forgiveness for our sins when we trust in Jesus (this means that Heaven is attainable no matter what sin you commit). It also means that Heaven is unreachable by mere works. Anyone who says that someone else is going to hell because of something they did (Westboro Batist Church for example) are merely hate mongers, and not followers of the word.
