Not true. Most sleep or have a form of sleep. But some just don't. Ants, for example, have no sleep function.

Ants hibernate which is something they may not dream or anything but their functions are slowed a lot and they are slow to react which could be debated as simple sleep. The fact is though every member of Chordata sleeps. All the famous entomologist say that they do sleep in a way, but some species do more than others, some sleep in un noticeable ways for example. So the short answer yes they do sleep in as I said one way or another.
