What is the last thing "moderate feminists" actually did? Women are equal by law now + affirmative action and womens programs and quotas. , so there isn't much for them to do.

A) No, they aren't, but even if you remove the "radical feminists can use the silent majority to their advantage" angle, moderates are still not doing anything.
B) I don't think companies need extra incentive, but I think less women go towards STEM fields and such of their own free will. And adding affirmative action just makes it so that companies potentially must hire a worse candidate because they are a woman.
C) How about the Duluth model of Domestic Violence that makes it so that in almost any domestic violence call, the police will take the man away? How about "Yes means Yes" on college campuses?
