So that's legality.

What about morality? Why is it assault by one person, but called arrest by another person?

That's why the term "police brutality" exists. Defining every arrest as assault just doesn't make any sense; surely you understand this?

Yes, I understand. Obviously not every arrest is assault. For instance, stopping a murderer or thief is justified, because that person is an aggressor and violated a person or their property, and in that case it would be moral for any person to intervene on behalf of another, badge or not.

However, it's immoral to harm someone when they're not violating person or property, and this guy wasn't doing either. He was approached by several armed people and told to surrender, and he chose to peacefully stand and not submit. He did nothing wrong in that.

To be clear, I don't think that the NY case was justified. I still think resisting arrest is just a bad choice in general, but that still doesn't justify it and I'm not going to try to claim that. Still, I think that you just chose poor examples to compare to being arrested.
#103 - Probably because you're comparing mugging and rape to being arrested.  [+] (6 new replies) 12/19/2014 on Police Brutality 0

Personally not a fan of Imp, first interview I saw with him was the one where he said

"Did you see Piglet cry? I did that LOL"

Which just gave me a horrid impression of him, it's such a dick thing to say something like that. Straight on from then I've learned he's like the doublelift of Korea, doesn't respect anyone but himself, only difference is Imp trusts his team and is actually a good player.

SSW will probably end up facing SSB in the finals (I heard it's possible) but SSB has more talent in their individual players than SSW. Also SSB is the #1 seed from KR while SSW was #2, which speaks for itself.

I've been a fan of Blue for a while, I just like Imp solely because he is a big fucking asshole to everyone.

I agree that blue is the more talented team, but if white takes advantage of their poor early game well enough, they're definitely in major trouble.

Also on a side note, Imp recently had another interview at worlds where he called people who put NaMei ahead of him "fucking retards", so yeah, that tells you a bit about him.

Have you seen Dade farm with yasuo late game?

His animation cancelling on his auto attacks + Q and sweeping blades are beautiful to watch.

Have you seen the satanic look in Imp's eye?

He would straight up stab someone in the middle of a game and not give a fuck.

That's the kind of determination that wins games.
