Just about any of the mane characters are most likely to be moderator. We could also ask for donations to help keep the site up and/or put up adds, And give the ones helping make the website a cut.

I want the profiles to be of the ponies, Not of the players behind them. Of course you could make it about the player behind them but I would encourage making them about ponies.

We should also make a forum for various things (For example: Video games, T.V, books, misc, etc.) and the Royal Antechamber can lead to those in the forums in the Grand Hall.

Maybe. I think I see where your going, The menu of canterlot fantasy will reguire you to navigate through canterlot castle, And the roleplaying sections of Fantasy.

Four main areas:
Ponyville
Canterlot
Cloudsdale
The Moon

Ponyville will house RP
Canterlot can be the home of forums
Cloudsdale will have all of the fanfiction?
The Moon will hold the plot

My idea is that to get to different sections, You go around canterlot in a first person perspective. Different rooms lead to different threads, Or "Fantasy's" Of course we can say fuck all to canon in this area and go really out of character with the rooms. The fantasy's will be in character and such be as canon as possible, Exception is the OOC threads. Going outside and looking down at ponyville will lead to the roleplaying threads, Looking up at the moon on the balcony leads to...Intimate fantasy's, And so on and so fourth. And of course we can always just go with a traditional forum navigation, Maybe as an optional alternative.

We can't do that unless we somehow find a graphic designer and a good programmer.

We should stick with the traditional sky view

It wouldn't be that hard, We just need pictures of an area, With arrows pointing around rooms, Sort of like a point and click adventure. All it would take is some pictures of the inside of canterlot and the ability to add links onto different parts of the picture.

The main screen would have a sky view of Equestria and when you click a section, you go into a first-person view and you navigate through the corridors.

Maybe we could have a rating system? Each post can have a hoof up/down by each person?

Certain ranks would be awarded for a certain amount of votes for a single user.

I think Ponyville has enough locations.

True, But seeing how I am going to celestia I was hoping I could roleplay in canterlot.
Maybe just the major locations, Ponyville and canterlot.

We'll highlight the more important locations in both Ponyville and Canterlot. (Luna's Room maybe?)

Maybe in the RP section we can have 2 or 3 major threads that represent the major locations, And then in those we can have smaller locations such as housings made by the users and then have larger threads stickied up on top, Things like town square and canterlot castle or something. Then, Maybe we can have even smaller locations inside those, Like in canterlot castle there can be the throne room, Kitchen, And celestia's and Luna's rooms. Basically one big threadception.
Its may seem complacated on paper, But it can be easy to do. Of course most of the RP will be happening inside major locations like town square.
Also, The registration should be set up like an equestria immigration form, Our /b/ should be called something silly like trollestias toilet, And I think the moon should be for locked thread we don't like, As if there are banish.

I think our /b/ should be something like "The Royal Canterlot Basement" and our mature threads should take place in the royal bedrooms. The gore threads can be in the attic.

I think the gore should go on in the basement. The basement just seems like a good place for gore.
The /b/ Needs to be called something as random as what goes inside so it won't be mistaken for a roleplaying section.
