 It's not because of their race that they're poor. When blacks where freed but segregation was still around black people got the broken stuff and lived in shitty areas. Segregation was abolished but it took years for people to change their attitudes. Any neighborhood a black person moved into lost a lot of property value. Home taxes are what pay for schools so shitty homes =shitty schools. Poor education means you're not getting a good job and the cycle repeats. There is a lot of them that seem happy to get handouts and live like sh!t. Now there are some that do work hard and make big money but let's face it a lot of the poor ones are kinda stupid. Not like book smarts but like simple common knowledge stupid. | ||

 i know what you mean. while i was at university i tried to play it on my laptop and it didn't recognize my video card. then tried to run the game using the integrated graphics on my processor and when the world loaded everything was fucking invisible except roads and people #37 -

anon (03/01/2015) [-] I got my Surface pro for digital art purposes, I still love my tablet because it's a decent travel computer for short trips (anything under 4 days), it's as easy (if not easier) to read from than a book (plus Pdf's are between free and 75% less than their paper equivalents and take far less room), it makes a decent sort of ipod as long as I'm not jogging, it's quick start up time and long battery life make it ideal for saving maps to it, there's a couple of games that are pretty good and only really work on a touch screen. you see i don't lift so i wouldn't be able to carry a PC around with me all day. also i said i wasn't gonna waste money on a tablet If you have a laptop, why would you want an inferior tablet? Why do you have to game in a lecture? Taking a desktop PC with you is way impractical even if you do lift. #27 -
