for a funnyjunk trend it has lasted much much longer than anything else I can think of that isn't directly part of the site. I mean we've let ourselves become defined by our endless stream of posts criticising feminism

That's pretty cool. I've been interested in doing a cosplay to like a convention or something, but I suck at all forms of crafts and if I don't at least make part of it myself, I don't see the point.

The weapon, in my opinion, was actually the easiest part. The outfit didn't turn out that great (and that was after a lot of help from someone who is really good at sewing anyway) but the weapon was the part that got all the attention anyway.

As long as you don't expect it to be super cheap (although it's not really that expensive either), it's a pretty straightforward process, depending on the weapon/prop.

The main part you want to spend time on is making sure you get the measurements right. Beyond that, it's just a question of time and a bit of effort

It happened to my cousin. He was told that his girlfriend's son was his until the baby was 2 then she came clean, left him for the real dad (after they had married). It was all bullshit. The kid, as far as we know, never knew the difference. 2 you wouldn't really remember the people who had been in your life, though during that time his "son" could miss him for a while.

I want to say the earliest kids usually can remember is 5/6. My parents split when I was 4 and I can remember people they dated when I was 5/6 though not in great detail.

Ah. Thanks for the clarification. I'm genuinely not sure if that changes my original point... 2 years old is a weird age.

Yeah, i know that much, as to why I didn't mention the child in my original; post.
The child will end up finding out eventually and will become an emotional wreck whenever he finds out. And if the parents divorce over it, that's just even more emotional trauma on the child.
So it's a big shit sandwich, and everyone involved is getting a bite of it.
