oh yeah leaving your drink down is just plain stupid. Getting too drunk though can be easy done...one bar's single is another's double and it takes a little while for the drink to take effect so you can be drinking and feeling fine then BOOM floor time

in the case of being too drunk to know what's up, ASIDE from spiking drinks, yes I agree with you.

I mean I personally wouldn't leave a drink un-attended, for this reason. It's a small thing to ensure no one else could have affected your drink which, again, shouldn't have to be necessary, but makes me feel a whole lot safer.

well no I mean the rapist still has to take 100% blame for that like. Can't start being all "awk well sure he raped someone but I mean it wasn't TOTALLY his fault." Yes. yes it was. rapers gonna rape whether someone else makes a foolish drinking choice or not
#63 - traceirving (08/29/2014) [-]
Yeah, blame wasn't exactly what I meant, I was just reiterating my earlier point with apparently a poorer choice of words. I just meant that when crimes happen, people need to remember that while the fault isn't theirs, they still have control to prevent them.

Nobody is saying it's the victims fault, you seem to have trouble separating the ideas of fault and responsibility.
User avatar #59 - happyfox (08/29/2014) [-]
they..just said neither one person or the other can take 100% of the resposibility. If a person decides to rape someone...how should they not be wholly responsible for their actions...

im fucking tired it;s 3am. rape is bad. there we go.

Well with all this bs about the rape nail polish and sjws and Zoe Quinn all wrapped up into one it's becoming a mess.

I watched a couple of this guys other videos after seeing this and it seems like a distraction tactic. Apparently the silent arm of the feminist movement is trying to get legislation through congress saying it's okay for women to murder men.
User avatar #75 - happyfox (08/29/2014) [-]
wow that escalated quickly...are there not already like self defense laws? or if you're in america and have a gun, instead of killing him, why not shoot him in the nuts? are the feminazis deliberately trying to make feminists hated world wide? I mean im all for women's rights but I hate this shit dayum
User avatar #78 - MrDeadiron (08/29/2014) [-]
Well they're trying to get dominion over men basically or it seems that way. The fight for equal rights ended a long time ago and now it's a struggle for whoever can sit on the top of the totem. I saw a couple of Karen Straughn's videos too and it seems like the feminist movement has been corrupted from the start, but that's neither here nor there.

ah yes k i getcha. in this circumstance if we're just talking about alcohol+rape there are obviously two points where things went wrong...the drunkness and the rapist. I mean the person who got themselves wrote off is responsible for themselves but not for the rapings. I just think it's sad though a lot of girls end up going through that then blaming themselves and it can properly mess them up, and usually in this case they wouldn't report it even though there is clearly an issue there with the guy thinking it's ok.
#56 - traceirving (08/29/2014) [-]
Yeah, even in the scenario of someone getting wasted, I would never say they deserved it or should suffer through their consequences with no help or compensation for their trouble.
I think that's why it's important to think about these situations with a bit of logic, to prevent people from thinking either one person or the other should take 100% of the responsibility.
User avatar #57 - happyfox (08/29/2014) [-]

There are health risks that come with being a faggot.

For example, they only make up 3% of the population, however they account for 60% of those infected with HIV
