Fallout 1 and 2 were there. Theres not really anything to do in those areas anyways as the NCR has kicked everyone out,raiders,and the Brotherhood dont exist anymore.

I want it to start in Albany NY and branching to NYC,and all the outlying areas cause theres just so much you could do with DLC packages for NY. And it would be different.
