freesixty (05/13/2013) [-] Yeah both are cool and I play both. I just mean to say that the general opinion is that the Fantasy rules are much better written. It's surprisingly very different to play and among me and my friends who play both we all agree that Fantasy is much more fun. It also helps that pretty much every army has an equal chance of winning. There are no particularly over-powered armies and you can really just go for what you think seems coolest without worrying about their performance. Best of all though the armies are so much more diverse. Yes, there is a bit of repetition, 3 types of elves, 2 types of humans... but that's nothing against 40k where almost half of all armies available are space marines of some description. But yeah, both good games. Hope you enjoy both of them! Would love to see the AC army at some point! | ||

I play 40k too (currently as DA) but I didn't realise how against Fantasy people here were. Honestly though, you should try it, it's the superior of the two games by far, unless of course you prefer the Sci-Fi theme for some reason.  #3
