I don't think I've progressed much, but 99kg, 196,4cm, i can lift a bare 20kg barbell without any trouble, for dumbells on each hand around 6-8kg.
I haven't really been able to practice the moves you mentioned, but if you give me the program i'll look into them a lot more.

Did you work for on those movements in the playlist I left last time?
I'm actually gonna recommend you run Jason Blaha's novice program. This will get you a good strength base. I've written a plan for high-end beginners/early intermediates you can run down the road, but for now, I think this will be the best thing for you.
