I'm reading these stories about paranormal kinda stuff and I'm not sure if they're supposed to be real or not.

Well it's not "paranormal" as such. They're called SCP's and they're unexplained things. One of them is about an apartment thing with furniture made of bones/hair/etc. and some people who entered it disappeared and it gained more furniture made of stuff.
On another note, I just entered the tinychat and someone's name was loverofscaredog.
