Anyway its not in anyway an infringment on anyones free speech, if i was an employer and found something like this i'd do the same, public image for a company is key. Something like this could actualy drive away customers.

As a worker you should always remember that everything you say publicly (yes, facebook counts) reflects on the company you are working for. I don't know the full story behind this case, so I'm not saying she got what she deserved. I'm just saying she brought it on herself...

I do understand what you are saying. But does someone really have to go back to grade school and be a tattle tale? What if she is a single mother and relies on what little money she makes from that job to support herself and her kid? Or What if she is just living on her own and just trying to keep up with bills? Most people would look at this as venting. It seems to me that the person that reported her is a sad cunt that has a vendetta against her and wanted to see her suffer. I fully understand that what is said can bite you in the ass, but is it really necessary to go out of your way to make someone else miserable when they are just venting to their friends and family about having a shitty night? We all vent and we all have an outlet for that venting whether it be a friend, family or a social networking site.

yes, i want to say tx is the lowest at $2.13 and it goes up to around 4 bucks. bartenders make a little more and they also get a share of the tips that the servers in the stores make

I'm a 20 year old college student and tipping is something that will never go away now. Especially when restaurants can get away with paying next to nothing if servers get tips. They should have to follow the same minimum wage laws as everyone else which would probably be better in the long run for servers.
