| 0.33333333 is just an approximation of 1/3. no matter how many three's you add after each other, it will never be completely accurate. only way you can accurately mark 1/3 is by 1/3 shocking, i know that is why you never calculate by using decimals, but instead with fractions, unless you really have to. only time you mark decimals in mathematics is if you have to approximate the final answer. 1/3=1/3 (1/3)*3=(1/3)*3 3/3=3/3 1=1 #222
