I think everyone has a different method, but I will give you mine

Also there is an app called 7minutes, you have to run it everyday to not lose and is a great way to warm up and feel like if you skip a day you lose.

Be angry, look at the mirror and say with determination that this isn't what you want and maybe not tomorrow or in a month but you WILL get to that moment when you can take your shirt off at the pool and feel the eyes of everyone feel the envy you once felt, that you feel the confidence to know you can punch the air out of anyone, that when the moment comes your body isn't going to let you down.

any tips? i was able to start walking every day for a few months last year and really started to drop and something happened, like i think i feel back into depression or something and i haven't been able to find what ever it was that inspired me to get going in the first place

your picture makes a great point but i guess i could use some more help to figure out how to get going again. like there have been a couple of days where i get on my shoes and say im going to do it be then a wave of terror hits me and im to afraid to leave the house

honesty i think at this point that maybe anxiety might be part of my problem but first i would need to be able to leave the damn house so i could see a damn professional

picture you are someone else and think what you would told yourself to do, keep a record of all you exercise today, and and the next day you must do the same or more, like a Spartan: no retreat, no surrender.

Get a workout partner if you can, or like me just someone that keeps reminding you to do it, someone that wont let you quit without feel guilty. I love having people who everyday tell me "have you workout today, floran? drop and gimme 100"

Nobody who is a good writer started good at it. It took ages of crappy writing to get decent at it, and even more writing to become great. Just keep writing, keep revising, editing, revising again, starting over. The more you do it, the better ou'll get, and the better you'll feel.

Please don't an hero. There is way way way too much in life for you to experience and enjoy, and I know it's difficult to see all of that when you have crap in your life but it's there you just have to look to it.

The body issues, there must be something you can do about that? You don't just need a gym membership to work on it. Dedication and hard work is all it takes, if you can commit yourself to one hour a night then you can start to improve that aspect that's getting you down so much, and the fitter you get the more you'll look forward to the next challenge. Don't you feel so amazing once you've accomplished one of your own goals? Proved to yourself that you can do it/
