Possible, very possible. But to make such an odd remark to a reference to something that is important to US history, especially without a reaction image that clarifies that it's a joke still deserves red thumbs.

The Bull-Moose party was a short lived political party lead by Theodore Roosevelt. It began in 1912 when the republican party split because some of them were progressive republicans, some were not. The new party, the progressive republicans (they supported woman's suffrage, worker's compensation, 8-hour workdays, and a federal trade commission to regulate trade) elected Theodore Roosevelt as their leader. They were called the Bull Moose party because Roosevelt claimed to be, "Strong as a Bull Moose." In 1912, Roosevelt ran against Taft and the conservative republicans, Eugene Debbs and the Socialists (Yes, the socialists were at one point a quite popular political party in America), but ended up loosing to Woodrow Wilson and the Democrats. And that my good sir, is an abbreviated history of the Bull Moose political party. Have a nice day :)
