I'm actually having a harder time with this game than with any souls game.
And I clocked about 600 hours into DaS1 and 2 - I know, I'm a casul.

I've just had a quick half hour blast on it, felt like i died more times than the entirety of DS1, then again the near minute load times between deaths dont help.

Hardcore? This game has been kicking a couple of peoples asses from the start.

cata wasnt horrible; neither was mop; we changed our disires of what an mmo should be and found it less "interesting". wow made the mmo genre what it is; it has also destroyed it.

vanilla had alot of horrible stuff at the start but we all overlooked it at that time because OOOOOOOOH im running around in all my favourite warcraft area's.

we dont have that same OOOH effect anymore in wow because 1 its not related to the wc3 storyline anymore and 2 we all grew up and arent that easily baffled by a city as stormwind anymore

I agree with this mostly, due to it being the reason I loved vanilla and first two expansion so much. Cata for me was a stretch, I spent a good amount of time away from the game during it. MoP was slightly related to Warcraft 3 due to the Pandarian that was introduced in it. It gave you background and story of the mysterious race. And I liked the Asian themed lore. WoD looks amazing.

wod beta is nice; hope theyll fix fury warriors cause after 10 years of prot warrior i wanna dps for a change

I've played a bit of the WoD beta on Alliance since I wanted to see that side of things due to my 90s being Horde. It's been enjoyable. I love the Garrison, and would love doing the invasion after the glitch is fixed where it errors at the end everytime I kill the boss.

on a different note i absolutely love the garrison and how you get approached by NPC's in WoD

i now feel your character has become a definite unreplaceable part of the alliance/horde forces; you are a commander now leading your recruited followers into battle to keep dreanor under control.

it feels like a (roleplaying wise) reward that was loooong overdue

yeah but the error is normal; they forgot to add a phase where u turn in the quest to end it

i did the invasion but i havent gotten a new invasion since

I figured as much, that's why I'm just waiting until the full release to try invasion again. That and for me I lucked out that the full game doesn't release until after my ENG 122 is over.

i think mythic raiding starts like 2 weeks b4 my exam studying period T.T

ill just try to get best geared pre exams again and be happy for the rest of the expansion with my "achievment". worked for me during mop ^^
