I feel the same about people who actually decided to be fat, but some of them are actually fat because medical reasons. I had a classmate who ate once or twice a day and yet she was the biggest girl in the class. But I never got into the subject deeper since I don't have any problems with my weight, actually I'm starting to think I can't even gain any, I'm stuck at 50kg/180 and even eating 12 bars of milka chocolate under 2 days doesn't have any effect on me.

Not solid enough by far. This isn't a study, this is an article full of opinions (some of them are pretty sound though, like the sleeping part, don't skimp out on your sleeping), where are the test subjects and the graphs that show how metabolism goes up the more frequent you eat?
Yes, the fitness instructors will tell you that partly because it is the commonly accepted truth and has been for a long time. And who do you think benefits from you thinking you have to eat 6-8 times a day to stoke your metabolic fire? That's right: the companies who make powders, shakes, bars and meal replacements. Do you think they can benefit from you using your own head, counting your calories and eating your vegetables?
I'm not trying to be a deuche here. The fact is the only thing that matters is calories in Vs. calories out.

im gonna look at to groups mainly. people like me who do eat throughout the day and remain healthy at a good weightt. then those who eat three big meals and gain weight. neither of us excercise yet one consistantly has a lower weight. anther thing were told to do without thinking for ourselves is to count calories and limit our intake of stuff that tastes good because its always bad for us.

You do realize you contradicted yourself there right?
I myself eat three (relatively) big meals a day inside a window of 8 hours a day and have constantly lost body-fat and gained strength and muscle mass throughout the last year.
This way of eating allows me to get a feeling of being full and satisfied after every meal (as opposed to spreading them out over 6 small ones) and the process of fasting the other 16 hours of the day brings with it a goodiebag of benefits also.
My main argument is that you cant generalize like you do, saying "the ones who eat this way gains weight and the ones who eat that way doesn't". The people who eat more calories than they use will gain weight and the people who eat less calories than they spend looses it. Its that simple.
