Right from the start I was thinking
"Man, this looks pretty cool. Let's see what this is about" as we had this squad of mech pilots doin' shit

Then it moves on to some little kid and focuses on that bastard until all enthusiasm for the show was dead.
I had such high hopes that there might be worthwhile characters and action.
