When a certain demographic is more likely to commit crimes and keep committing them after being in jail, yeah, that's gonna happen. like anon says, it's about the blacks changing their culture. 13.2% of blacks commit 28.1% of total crimes. That's a big disparity.

Maybe because black culture glorifies crime and they're the most likely to be repeat offenders, and refuse to come off as regretting and repentant of their crimes, meaning that the judge decides that they need a harsher punishment than somebody who is showing clear signs of regret (or at least trying to come off as such)?

Not true. If a 50 year old black woman were put on trial, she would most certainly not be treated the same as an 18 year old black man with a criminal history.

It's not about the color of the skin, it's about the attitude of the community. There may be some systemic injustice, but it's not because of racism, it's because of statistics.

You're averting the real issue because you seem to believe that serious and complex societal issues can be solved when the Government waives its wand of justice and magically makes everything better.

I'll say it again. The fundamental problem is within the communities. Stop pretending that you can be a hero and solve other people's personal problems by sucking some politician's dick. The Government isn't going to solve anything, it's only going to make the problem worse. That's all it's ever done. Seriously. Stop.

Instead focus on spreading good ideas backed by reason and evidence, and not excusing completely uncivilized behavior like rioting.

The problem isn't with the police it's with the black community. Black people, especially black teenage boys are more likely to commit crimes than any other demographic, no shit they have a higher rate of being arrested.

If you want to solve the problem then you have to hold the black community responsible for their actions and focus on peaceful parenting.

But people don't actually care about the problem, they only care about pushing a narrative. You think welfare is a good thing? Well the black community being able to pull themselves out of poverty doesn't help your narrative, so what the political left does is constantly tell the black community that they can't make it and the world says that they're an inferior race, the cops are against them, and without Government holding their hand through every step of the way, they can't do anything right.

It doesn't matter if someone belongs to a certain demographic, the fact of the matter is minorities get harsher punishments for the same crime. I'm not talking about what political people are saying, I'm saying that in court people are not treated equally.
