That would be 4kg off and the shipping would be a lot cheaper I had a call with a friend and he said that there is no difference between the PAL and NTSC version of the power supply (if we ignore the US/EU plug thing) and I would just buy a power supply from bazaar for the console on xboxzone dot sk or other site

Future proof, you can keep a power supply for like 10 years, you might want to just go the extra mile so you don't have to rebuy in the future
