Hahahaha, that's funny. An average police officer can hit a target with a pistol or a shotgun at 25 meters. (Not to brag) I am in the ROTC, and in just the first semester alone I have learned how to use claymores, anti-tank rockets, and I can hit a target at 300 meters with a personally-sighted M16/M4, thought the M4 has shorter range. I have also been to the range countless times with shotguns, pistols and rifles. I am not trying to say that I am better than a police officer, but I can operate weapons just as well as they can.
