So, there are a few things I have to critizise contentwise.
First of all, I'm not a Brit, I'm German.
Secondly, america is not a very free nation. It actually ranks #7 in freedom, but your health care system is number 27, and only the number one in the category of most expensive health care systems.
I regard true freedom as beeing able to walk arround at night in poor areas or at train stations without having to be afraid of beeing robbed.
I regard it as living in a country where prisons are not for profit, and not full of innocent people, and that has not the most prisoners in the world.
I regard it as beeing able to go to a doctor and getting treatment that is coverd by my insurance that is not for profit.
I regard it as living in a country where the police force does not use exessive force, and only fired about 1 bullets per 1.000.000 residents (85 bullets) in a whole year, and not in a country where innocent people are beaten to death by the police for no reason.
I regard it as not living in a country where over 95% of the time the richer one of the two canidates that are mainly predetermined (over 60%) by less than 140 people, and where not all politicians do what their rich donors want, and where not all people in our parlament or senate are millionaires.
You have nothing but the false impression of freedom, that is planted in your biggoted mind by the idea of american acceptionalism.
You have only those few useless freedoms that those who control your society grand you, and keep telling you to value. But you've become so obsessed with your false freedoms, that you've forgot what it actually means to have freedom.

Best military, best healthcare, best economy, etc. all thanks to limited government. But those are times past. And fuck off, America has the best healthcare. The reason we supposedly don't is because our standards are higher than everyone else's. For example, a baby born with a defect in the US is counted under 'Infant deaths' for some reason that mere mortals cannot fathom. That, and other ridiculous things like it, force our hospitals to report statistics that are skewed. And no fucking shit our healthcare system is for-profit, what the fuck else is it gonna be? You want me to demand that someone who went through 4 years of college, 4 years of medical school, and took on $250,000 of debt to learn how to be a surgeon do their profession for free? Furthermore, guess fucking what mate? I can walk around with a sidearm in the US, so i'm not afraid of a God damn thing. Fuck the robber, he'll back off or he dies. And now this is the part where your closed mind tells me I'm looking for an excuse to shoot, I'm not. The fact is, if someone threatens me and refuses to back down I have no choice but to incapacitate them. Anyway, I digress. America can still be the best and be restored to its former glory, but only through people like Ron Paul. I still find it amusing that you think you know enough about American politics to have a valid opinion, but you call the one of the only people who would actually be capable of saving America a nutter. Also, I have never heard of a German using the word nutter. That's rather interesting.

In regard to the 'troll' thing, I like to bring humor to my arguments so that it's a bit mopre entertaining.

America never had the best healthcare, and the problem is that you are becoming less and less like europe.
The reason why the USA never had the best healthcare system, since universal Healthcare comes from Germany.
Plus, the numbers speak against your position. Americas healthcare is among the worst in the western world.
And the argument that good healthcaresystems are for profit, since the colledge and medical school were so expensive:
IF you have an expensive programm, you're mostly going to get rich people taking part in it.
In Germany all universities are free. The state pays for your education. This gives you the freedom of learning any profession you are qualified for.
And in Germany they don't work for free either. Of course they are payed well. But here the large insuance companies are not for profit.
That means that like in Canada, medical treatments and medicine is much cheaper.
You actually don't have the best healthcare system, if you had, doctors without borders and other organisations that used to operate in third world countries wouldn't need to work in the USA, because the situation there is so dire.
By the way: the standards by which healthcare systems are measured are the same for all countries.
Regarding your attitude towards robbers:
The risk of a shootout, in which the more proficient robber will certainly win, is not one I would be fond of.
True freedom is when you don't have to carry a gun to protect your livelihood.
You have other choices than to shoot. You can back down.
And face it, America is pretty much done for.
And where you're very wrong is that small government is good.
A well sized government keeps everything running.
We have a large government, far less unemployment then you, a far better wealth distribution, and simply a well run country.

You have to look at the facts. You might be able to ignore them, but reality will eventually catch up with you.
