I just wanted to clarify that under the scientific method, in order for something to graduate to the level of a theory, it must be tested under rigorous standards and it has to be supported by all current evidence. scientific theories are essentially hypotheses that have been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. they are not proven absolutely though, or they would be considered scientific laws

in my opinion, the idea of a god is an unfalsifiable hypothesis that is not supported by sufficient evidence .
