| Trust me, with the teams I like, it's exactly the same way. The Ducks are a team that mixes the old and the young very well, with amazing prospects, but the older players do not always have the motivation to play, and it definitely shows (just look at the season before this past one....). The Brewers....well I've just accepted that they will probably never win a title in a long time. The Bucs are starting to slowly get better after a very terrible streak of badness after their superbowl win in 2001, and I'm rather excited for this upcoming season, but that doesn't mean it just won't go to shit. thats great that you saw the bucs win a championship. I might never see one of my teams win it all. The e closest i ever got was with the mets in 2000 granted i was like 10 years old then but back then i was a huge fan like i am now. All i can do is hope for the best with all my teams but ik i am probably going to be let down. | ||

| It would have been great to see Crosby's face in tears with Tavares lording over him. They did give them a run for their money, and I definitely respect that, seeing as how stacked the Pens really are now (even though they have done statistically worse after the trade deadline than before). Man, that does suck, but still, I like the Brewers, and I've definitely had more than my fair share of disappointment here.... I cannot imagine being a Jets fan (no offense meant at all) and not absolutely hating what your team has become. I suppose the best thing to hope for right now would be a .500 record, but I'm in that same boat with the Bucs. With the teams i like you really get to accept losing. Those small victories tho like just like the islanders getting into the playoffs i went crazy. The isles have a good 3-5 years coming up on them because all are farmed prospects are finally ready. But my 2 other teams are going to be bad for the next 5-10 years but hey when they do get better it will be so much sweeter. Trust me, with the teams I like, it's exactly the same way. | I was definitely rooting for the Isles this year, and it's too bad that Nabby is a pretty bad playoff goalie....... I couldn't tell you about the Mets, as I don't really follow them at all. ....yeah, I feel for you with that one.... Yeah Nabby isn't the best goalie and i felt we could've beat the pens game 6 was ours to take but we didn't. But again it would've taken some luck to beat them in game 7 I'll give you a brief history on the mets since 06. 06 we did good we lost in the NLCS game 7 finals against the cards who ended up winning it all. 07 we were expected to do really well and we did up intill september when we collapsed and missed the playoffs by 1 game. 08 Basically a repeat of 07. 09 new stadium we did horrible and fell apart. 10 horrible again. 11 Jose Reyes does good but then he leaves the year after. 12 R.A. Dicky basically one of the best comeback stories and wins the cy young and is one of the last bits of hope but then gets traded away for some good prospects. 13 Matt Harvey's doing good but thats about it And now the Jets...... I love football but this team disappoints me year after year after year and for the second time in the last couple years i had to deal with the f-ing Giants fans going crazy that they somehow won both years against our biggest rival. I am seriously considering following another team intill this team gets its shit back together i dont want to go through another horrible year It would have been great to see Crosby's face in tears with Tavares lording over him. | I'm very weird so be prepared. Hockey - Anaheim Ducks Baseball - Milwaukee Brewers Football - Tampa Bay Buccaneers Hey all the american teams i like have a history of sucking Hockey- New York Islanders (I went crazy this year because they actually did semi-good) Baseball- New York Mets (Its been rough but we had that one good run in 06) Football- New York Jets ( I am ashamed to even call myself one) I was definitely rooting for the Isles this year, and it's too bad that Nabby is a pretty bad playoff goalie.......
