my personal favourite battle in shippuden was pain

The pain fight was probably one of my favorites but it felt a little drawn out near the end when naruto went into the near the end f the 9tails cloak.

I never really got what happened there. Did the nine tails protect him from planetary devastation or...?

Even the explanation he gave to Itachi didn't make sense. I just don't get how he got out of it.

And one thing I also didn't like is when the fight was over, the guy controlling all the other pains was like "Fuck it, i'll revive all your friends." Like I get the series couldn't really go no where with kakashi and hinata dead. But still.

well, hinata never really died. Its fucking stupid how she didn't but, I totally agree. I wish Pain would have just killed off everyone he did kill.

I don't know, I really like both hinata and kakashi. I kind of wish they both died but, I kind of don't. The series would be less nonsensical if they did die, but hey how nonsensical can you get when a 16 year old boy beats the fuck out 6 (I think 6, it's been a while since i've seen it.) full grown adults, plus they have the rennigan. The only thing naruto has going for him is sacred frog mode.
