Obviously that's an exaggeration, but that's not exactly a selling point unique to Quantic Dream. Tons of RPGs and adventure games are all about the dynamic game worlds. I've seen a Heavy Rain LP, so I know how that applies to Quantic Dreams' games, but they didn't invent dynamic storylines and player choice, which are only two features of many you could take out of, "A world revolving around the player's choices." Also, the game's called Quantum Break, not Quantic. I'm sure you know quantum physics is a huge branch of science that's been an inspiration to a lot of different sci-fi productions in various genres. It's more likely a reference to that field, which will probably play a big role in the game's fictive world, than a shot at a competing developer. I'd say she's more like what's-her-face from F.E.A.R. than Juno in Beyond Two Souls, since the girl in this game looks like she might be up to some mischief and also she's a LITTLE girl, and creepy supernatural little girls is a common trope in video games, film and literature.
